While waiting for my pizza (I was early) I noticed how unique their team work is. They greet their delivery drivers and send them out safely every time as well. They also pump each other up the entire time. The pizza is also delicious and affordable. Keep up the good work Jasper Papa Johns :)
Had pizza delivered. Paid with cash, then got a call from the store manager saying I had shorted my driver $1.61 and a police report had been filed. When I called them back, I apologized about the honest mistake and asked if I could pay the $1.61 with my credit card over the phone; was told no, that I had to bring the money to them. I had to drive 15 minutes one way over $1.61. The delivery driver should have counted the money before he left my house and knocked on my door to let me know. I am very frustrated. They made it sound like I did this on purpose when it was just an honest mistake and could have been handled before the driver left if he would have just knocked on the door. I'm not sure I will have them deliver again. Very poor customer service.
Every time I order here there is a problem. More frustrated with myself for giving them another chance.
I gave then a 3 because they cut back on the toppings use to be great now not so much. But the garlic nots are to die for
Nice people, good food! They've never messed up my order and that's saying something because I order from them a lot! Haha.
