We just left there. Sat for 10 minutes before the waitress came by to only drop off the menus, didn't take our drink order. Took another 8 minutes, the little blonde with glasses and a tie dyed shirt, to get out drinks. Sat for and additional 10 minutes and she was too busy eating behind the line. What kind of establishment are you running when you have unenthusiastic staff that is more concerned about stuffing their faces than service?? We will never be back. Terrible service with "kids" running the place.. Pathetic, just pathetic. It explains why I was told to stay away, but we gave you a chance and your "server" ruined a first experience.
Visited for the first time on a Tuesday and it was swamped. I think they were understaffed from the looks of the staff who appeared competent but you could tell they were a bit stressed. However the two girls at the counter never got rude inspite of this. I ordered a medium pizza to go. When I got home and opened the box the pizza was burnt and looked as if it had been dropped and threw back in the box. The toppings were all over the place. I called and offered to send a picture. They said I could come back and they would replace it or I could get my next pizza free. I was tired so I opted for the 2nd option. The following day I picked up my free pizza and it was fabulous! The taste was authentic New York style pizza and I was happy.
I think this is the best Johnny's in the area. The food is always perfect and the staff is awesome. I had only ever experienced the location in Woodstock, Towne Lake and it's a total 180! Thanks for being awesome. Keep up the good food.
Great place to get some great pizza and pasta. Staff are friendly and it is very cozy.
The serving staff is like they are there and don't care. We waited for a long time for the food and it came out 1 item at a time. There were only two in my party and the place was not busy. We asked for to go boxes. Saw the server at the counter talking and answering the phone. We had to go to the counter to get the boxes. We waited, and waited for the check to come and finally my other diner when to the counter to get hers and the server finally brought mine. I don't really want to give them one star but the food is good. They could have more business but I don't see many people putting up with the service. They would do great in Canada because I have been there and seen that they wait on one customer at a time and get their food before they wait on anyone else.
