Ben was there for me every step of the way. He even loaned me a hand truck during the moving process when mine didn't work well. He also helped me fix a broken garage door opener. There were times I wasn't able to make the trip and meet the movers, but Ben would go over and meet them in my place. I'm really thankful for his extra help, he's a wonderful realtor.
