These guys are excellent! They replaced bad drain under shower in 45 mins. The money we paid was well worth it. DJ, & David are real nice guys whom we recommend highly!
These guys installed two bathtubs in our house and made huge unnecessary holes in the walls, didn't clean up anything and were difficult to work with! They must have plenty of business because they sure won't get our business again. Awful to work with and awful work done on our house! We had taken out a fiberglass tub/shower unit ourselves and had hired them to install two metal tubs. They cut the sheet rock on the wall outside of the tub area because they weren't able to figure out how to put the tubs in! I have asked other plumbers about this and they agreed, no need to make such big holes in the wall. I would never use this company again. I would give a 0 if possible. There are many other plumbing companies to work with next time... keep looking for someone else to work in your home.
These guys were awesome. We had a leak at a rental cabin we own in blue ridge and had to shut the water off. Called them in the evening and it was fixed early the next morning. They gave me a work around so that I could have water until they could get there. Very polite and did a great job. Highly recommend
I called while they were in the middle of heavy work and long hours due to the freezing weather. They came out to my house even though it was midnight by the time they got to my name in their work list and did a great job of assessing the issue. Two issues were found, the first they fixed on the spot which led to the discovery of the second. They had someone out the next morning to fix my well's pump switch. Despite it ending up being two calls and one of them being very late at night their prices were more than reasonable. I will be using them for my plumbing needs in the future, for sure.
Replaced all of our water pipes in just one day! Installed a whole house filter and a reservoir tank. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
