Room nice but staying here for a week and asked for fridge a microwave and told me it is an extra 15 per day.
Better experience than you local guide " Terry " bellow. Can't believe complaint about been too cold. Incredible, if it was too hot it would of been anther complaint. Obviously dose travel much like I do. Place is great, and clean. Carrie at the front desk is very nice and knowledgeable. Who cares if you have to ask for soap or shampoo. Most people still it any ways that is why some gave a low review here , probably because they take it home.
Our stay was unexpected as we were in Calhoun and due to Hurricane Irma there were absolutely no vacancies in town..the only room we could find was here in Jasper some 35 or so miles away. Donna, the night manager was very helpful and friendly. Even at 230am when we finally checked in. To note - this hotel was inundated in the course of a day with people evacuating Florida and they waived some of their rules such as limitation on weight for pets to allow people to stay with their animals. The rooms were nice, i liked the bed linens and def liked the weightier comforter than normal on the bed as the weather has turned cold with the incoming offshoots of Irma. Breakfast was very well put together even for your typical continental spread. Bagels. Toast. Eggs. Muffins etc etc and staff members stayed on top of keeping the servery clean and stocked. All in all a welcome surprise after the stress of finding a room for the night!!
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, there is no coffee pot in the room and only a cold breakfast available.
Extremely nice staff, rooms, & area as a whole. Closer than the map shows to the scenic north ga mountains.
