By far the best agency in town! Kelli, Lori, and Amanda are always so helpful and really take the time to take care of their customers. I will always use State Farm, this agency specifically, because of their outstanding customer service!
After I picked my car up there was some vibrations I noticed and had to drop my car back off the next day, State Farm approved the additional repair and the extra days of the rental car with no delays or hassles or all.
They seem to be never open when you need something!
I had just swapped over to Alan Horne when I rear ended someone, thankfully no one was hurt but there was a good bit of damage to my care and the other 2 cars. Not knowing what to do, I called Alan at 8am and he walked me through the steps and took the time to make sure that I was ok and that I understood everything. Within 2 hours of the accident, because of the proficiency of Alan and his staff, my car was at the shop and I was in a rental car.
