I called close to their closing time on a Friday wanting flowers sent to a young cousin of mine who had surgery. I told them I was fine with the flowers being delivered on Saturday since it was so late Friday. Even though they were absolutely covered up with orders to get out the Rachel with whom I spoke worked hard to find a way to do this for me. I live in another town and had never ordered from them but even though I wasn't already a customer she went out of her way for me and made a young girl very happy.
