Had to wait a week to get a technician to come to my house. Took the afternoon off from work to meet him. 30 minutes after he was scheduled to arrive, a lady called and said he was tied up and wouldn't be able to come today. I explained that I had taken off work and waited a week for service. She said they didn't have anyone else who could come. I will never recommend them to anyone.
I never write reviews especially negative ones, but I've had it with this company's lack of professionalism. They came through to repair several light switch boxes and outlet boxes that were not flush with the drywall. I agree with the previous review - clumsy and disinterested. Left dust and debris all over my home, even in a basket of clean baby laundry. Little piles of dust, paint, and drywall when there's a baby and a dog in the house. We had several other warranty repairs going on in the house at the same time and between those and the baby, My husband and I couldn't watch their every move or tell them to clean up after themselves for EVERY electrical box like they're children. Also have found several outlets and light switches that were "fixed" that now have CHUNKS out of the surrounding drywall. Been dealing with this company for a year since moving into our new construction home and it's incredibly difficult to get good technicians. Previously had them come out because circuits were repeatedly tripping and twice they just made it worse. They even put a huge hole through our wall when we finally paid to install multiple new circuits (while using a method supposedly trying to avoid just that), and we then got to pay to have the drywall repaired and repainted. They are not informative, have little to say, and unapologetic for their "mishaps". The main office person was quick to tell me how any of these issues could be my own fault and that they can't really control who comes out to do the repairs when I would specifically ask to get someone else next time. Thank goodness the warranty is up and we can use someone else.
Very clumsy technicians. Not sure if they are even interested in doing the job. Had a bad experience with them even providing the quotes. No customer support. Please throughly research if you are planning on using them for your work.
This company went above and beyond to help a recently widowed woman get her electricity turned back on. She is our neighbor and they were more than kind. Also very prompt and polite. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you H&H Electric!
Wonderful job! Arrived in timely manner and was very knowledgeable. Very professional attitude and he fixed our electrical problems!
